This was the worst service experience we ever had. From the moment you walk in the door until you receive your bill, they are tying to upsell anything and everything. You first get "interviewed" about your service issue even though you already described it when you made the appointment. You think the "appointment" is when your RV is going to be repaired but suprise that slides into another day because they have emergencies.
