The Service team simply doesn't care. Unprofessional people, they don't follow up at all. We had to return the RV several times for the same problem that was supposedly fixed. The worst experience! What was supposed to be fun and adventure has turned into a nightmare. Dealing with the dealership is the worst, but the RV is falling apart. We've had it for a year, and the same slide has already broken three times, the chimney, the large slide, the pipes...
