Our experience was a complete debacle. After negotiating a price for our trade-in and new monthly payment with Ken, we were asked to come in last Thursday to sign the financial paperwork. We had a 4 pm appointment. We showed up at 3:50 and they were not expecting us, so we waited 30 minutes for them to print the paperwork.
