I had a collision in the area and was beside myself as well as shaken up and needed to know if my RV was ok to continue to drive. I cannot say enough positive things about Zach, Andrew, the front reception staff, and hands on body work staff. I was treated with great respect, I felt cared for, concerned about, and given professional advice and options to consider. General RV is a terrible place to purchase a RV requested my $3,000 deposit back and the company is refusing to return my $3,000 back to me. It was my first time going to a RV show I went to the convention center on a Saturday to look at RV's the sales person appeared to be a nice person all smoking mirrors we asked every question in the book to include out the door pricing and return policy. Bought a pop up trailer, went on the road with it heater went out, lights are flickering. Air conditioner went out and I am in Las Vegas 108 degrees. Had RV repair come out the compressor wasn’t bolted down right and the hoses went everywhere. Need a new one , over $2000. I wouldn’t recommend these people to anyone.
General RV is a nightmare. They soaked and ruined our campers mattress and when I tried to test out the repair they made, they had shoved our electrical cord all the way in and now we have to figure out how to fish it out. The customer service department is incompetent and they do not stand behind anything. They will take your money and screw you without giving it a second thought.
