The worst RV sales Experienced in over 15 years. The new trailer that we look at for a client was not prepared properly, the spare tire was not correct, batteries was missing,LPG tanks emptied, bugs sprayed on frontal area. The sales manager ridiculed the buyer on the fact that “eventually everything rust”, he will regret this statement now. I would love to give this shady dealer 0 stars. The process to get our travel trailer was relatively easy. Our first camping trip revealed a stuck grey tank valve. It took several calls to get an appointment for the warranty work. Now, our trailer has been at their service department for two weeks. We were promised a phone call the Monday after we dropped of the trailer. We never received it. We have called several times.
