Got in and out easy, machine worked good. Staff was friendly and professional. Will rent again in the future.
10/23/24 Update: Renting a stand-on trencher at Gen Rental Dallas is $285/day, drive a few minutes to Mcminnville for a mere $219! EZ decision & get old fashioned great customer service! ...We rented a trencher for 24 hours-then paid a worker to help us and ended up using the trencher for under 5 hours (entirely lesser rate). Our drive time to return put us at 6 hours arriving back at the rental shop. What did we get charged? The full 24 hour rate! Just a dirty little store that charges WAY to much for renting hand tools. We could have bought them on Amazon with accessories and still saved money.
