Good people and reasonable rates. First time user but came highly recommended.
I dropped my mowers off a couple weeks back. They told me they were about a week out, which I totally understood given the time of year. They had my mowers for over two weeks. I called them and told them I needed to pick them up. I was just getting the blade swapped, but I have family coming over for Mother’s Day and I have to get my yard cut but I would bring them back up there . IF YOU'RE GOING TO SAY YOU OPEN AT 0700 THEN ANSWER THE PHONE. DON'T SAY IN YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TO CALL BACK AT 0800.
They will break your hitch with incorrect procedures. They also charge hidden fees. Look elsewhere. They dont care about your truck when tgey unload trailers. Partially slammed trailer on edge of trailer hitch causing damage. Beware. Go to tray rents. They are cheaper and wont treat your stuff with no care! Never going back. My business/ companies will go elsewhere.
Best equipment rental company around! Extremely easy to work with and very polite. I would highly recommend.
