Always a reliable place to rent my lawn equipment.
I go there every time I need my outdoor tools re sharpened and when the chain comes off my chainsaw and I can't get it back on. They do a great job at the sharpening and are patient with the explaining! They are also a wealth of information. I always learn something when I go there.
Amazing customer service. I called and in less than 30 minutes they deliver the rental to my house. Highly recommended!
Stu was nice at the front but I paid the $30 to diagnose.It took them almost 2 weeks to call me and tell me I need a new chainsaw. I would not have been nuts about it but the chainsaw was hardly used and I could crank it but would cut off after a little while. I have a feeling they messed it up.
