Amazing customer service. I called and in less than 30 minutes they deliver the rental to my house. Highly recommended!
Stu was nice at the front but I paid the $30 to diagnose.It took them almost 2 weeks to call me and tell me I need a new chainsaw. I would not have been nuts about it but the chainsaw was hardly used and I could crank it but would cut off after a little while. I have a feeling they messed it up.
I recently rented a paint sprayer machine from this company(General Rental Center), and the experience was absolutely outstanding!
