Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing a 5 core radiator for my customers 2002 379 Pete. Radiator leaked soon as it was filled with coolant the Sauter job was terrible I’ve been trying to contact them for 2 days the corporate office and the manufacturer office neither will answer the phone or call me back now I have to pull the radiator and send it to an actual radiator repair shop I’m a licensed and Insured professional repair shop and this is costing me and my customer extra money and time witch truckers... read more

Lying advertising. The website and the ad in Truck Paper shows a lot of prices around $300 when really the price is $800 when you call. Shady
I purchased a core from this company and within ninety days it started leaking. I spoke to them and was told they wouldn’t give me my money back plus I have a 1yr WARRANTY on it. They are selling BS to consumers and the guy Mike just flat out said they wouldn’t give me my money back.
Junk they won’t warranty anything just got it out the box was junk asked them to send replacement for the junk they shipped me they declined
