They got my props bored out and next day aired the day I placed the order. They will get all my business moving forward. Customer service was extraordinary!

First time ordering something from General Propeller and will definitely do more business as needed in the future. The woman on the phone when I made the initial call was great, explained order process and how it would be handled to make sure I received the item I needed on time, which was asap. The price of the item, even with next day air shipping was slightly lower than the competitor.
I needed a prop and I needed it fast. I had been calling and searching everywhere. Then I found these guys!!! Casey is a gem! As frantic as I was, she worked with me and found the prop I needed, and they had it in stock!!! She mailed it out next day air and it was on my boat the very next day!
