I recently had a major back surgery and a part that controls the leg lift mechanism broke making my once $5k massage chair unuseable. Bill and his crew of fabricators stepped up to the plate again and duplicated my broken partially plastic part into a fully functional better than OEM metal part successfully and now I am able to use my chair which will make my recovery easier.
