Called to find out if a certain dr that I found on the anthem site was accepting new patients. When the receptionist answered after waiting 10 min in the queue, she said that there was no such dr working there and hung up on me mid-sentence. Bad service! I can find another dr elsewhere.

rudest people ever. no scruples. I complained and they told me to go somewhere else. can someone say blogging ftw? ;) second attempt today to get them to fill out a form for me, #fail. it's great to have such wonderful healthcare solutions in the Hamden area. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU!!!!! everyone please post negative reviews on here so this place goes out of business. thanks :)

This Place was Absolutely horrible.The place(location) its self is terrible, along with the staff that seem to not care about anything. NEVER COME HERE, i didn't have the option of 0 star rating. walking in, this other patient was leaving crying mad about the staff. My father went in for a physical required by the state if you want to get a child daycare license, requiring a TB skin test. when he came back for the results to be read, there was some malpractice. I went in to this office after googling it. The staff were okay but I really didn't like that my blood work that had been sent out to a lab was misplaced or lost. I was asked to come in to draw about 5 more tubes of blood once again to be sent out to the lab again...
