I wish I could give them zero stars.. we have had so ur poll service with General Pool and Spa for a year, the tech is never here (servicing the pool) more than a few mins. * I am always home. The pool walls are never cleaned and he is always putting the pool floats and toys on top of my plants! When we have more than enough space all around the patio. Most recently and the reason why we will no longer be using their services… We had a repair done in April, a small repair to the pump then in July, the same repair was needed…... read more

1 star. Absolutely ridiculous. They suddenly refused to service our pool unless we buy their salt after we’ve been providing our own the entire time with no issue. Total money grab. Meanwhile, our pool has been moldy the past couple of visits. Not a single person even bothered to reach out or explain anything we had to find out on our own. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable service. No big deal though plenty of other pool companies that actually want our business.

Great service. We have been using General Pool and SPA for a good amount of years now and for multiple properties. They are very prompt to respond, charge reasonable prices, and do a great job.

I’ve hired General Pool as soon as my pool was restored and have been with them for 4 years, compared to all companys I’ve been before, they are by far the most trustworthy and honest about the service. All of these years Cristian is always prompt to help when any issues arise. My experience with them has been great, and after 4 years the pool is still in great shape.
