Never again will send my customers or my self to buy anything from that place. They don’t honor the warranty of their products. Go somewhere else to get your products.
It was my first time being in the showroom of General Plumbing Supply and I was quite impressed. They carry all Kohler lines and I was able to see everything I needed and wanted in one place for our bathroom renovation. Ada was friendly, kind, and informative. We will definitely be using them for our supplies and will go back if we need to do another bathroom or kitchen renovation.
