Brooklyn Plumber r is the 2nd service I've utilized (Brooklyn Plumber being the 1st). Very reputable, and I never felt pressured to buy anything. We tracked down the cheapest way to fix the issue we'd been encountering. Without a doubt, I'll hire them again.

We knew we had contacted the right location when we scheduled the appointment. The staff at Brooklyn Plumber is kind and helpful, and the scheduling system is user-friendly. It was really easy to get information by SMS on a regular basis. We had a difficult bathroom makeover ahead of us. The elegant Roman tub with a Jacuzzi had to go, and we had to replace it with a standard tub. Although the installation in 2012 had been poorly done, the jetted tub was of the same type and style. When we made the appointment, we realized we had called the appropriate place. The scheduling system at Brooklyn Plumber is easy to use, and the employees are helpful and pleasant. We received constant updates by SMS, which was quite convenient. We had a challenging Bathroom Redesign ahead of us. We had to get rid of the fancy Jacuzzi-style Roman tub and put in a regular one.
