John and crew always do great work for us. This week, they came up the mountain to assess our complex radiant heat system. This is not normal plumbing and Damon advised us to call in a specialist. He did not charge us for the call. This is the kind of professionalism and advice we need in the valley. Other plumbers would have damaged our sensitive system, General made the right call. Their customer service is horrible!!! We needed our septic tank pumped and it took them over four hours and over $900.00. The tech they sent out did not know what he was doing so they had to send the owner to come help him. We needed more work done and received a quote in which we had questions. There was an additional $1700.00 from the original quote so we wanted to understand what was going to be done. It took them 3 days to finally return my call. Called because there was a musty smell in restroom. They sent out a you man ( very nice guy) not certified. So basically not a plumber. He told my tenant that the shower needed to be removed. I called general plumbing and ask for the owner to come out. I wanted a certified plumber to confirm such a large job needs to be done. I was told he would be out in the next two weeks .
