The Sewerooter T-4, is junk! Not just me saying other plumbers as well. The supplied 9/16th 100 foot cable DOES NOT WORK with this machine. Two brand new machines from the factory with the cable get extremely tight inside of the drum. I've had other people try to pull out and push in this cable and it's a nightmare, never had this issue with any brand of machine. General sent a new cable, brand new you have to fight to get it in, should not be out of breath and struggling just to put a cable in that hasn't even been used yet... read more
About 2.5 years ago John Wargo tracked down a discontinued feed gear for my ancient Sewerooter Jr, kept me in the loop, and shipped it free of charge. Fast, transparent, and ridiculously generous—and the machine is still humming. General Pipe Cleaners is lucky to have him.
