Have been to see Dr one time in Oct. 2019...had pap, things were good.. Thought I had a uti after thinking I was in menopause. Think I got my period. I had three calls into office, not once did anyone call me back. I was prescribed a AB and never told. I was never seen.. Staff so unprofessional.. Will be leaving office
I had a medical emergency and they would not see me because I was late (in which I called) and they told me to just come in, since I’m already on my way. I’m coming all the way from Niagara Falls to Elma NY, never been here before, but choose Dr. Laura Rayner because she did come highly recommended is affiliated with Oshei Buffalo Children’s Hospital and they are the best!
