I don't know why there are any comments asking people to call this office in response to having issues with communication. I have spent 2 hours today sitting on hold with this office. Why am I calling instead of my pregnant wife? Because she knows that she won't get someone to answer the phone unless she has the day off of work. Absolutely ridiculous. It should say something about the quality of the doctors here that she wants to continue being a patient here. Edit: Gave up at the 3 hour mark.

I've been coming here ever since I started needing GYN care. I have always felt heard and understood. When I became pregnant I was considered high risk and starting seeing Dr. Ulm. She is amazing and I couldn't have more faith and trust in her as my OB. She really takes time to answer all of my (and husband's) questions. I love this practice.

Have been going here for years but recently switched after receiving horrible care during my pregnancy. Went in for my first ultrasound where the tech showed us the heartbeat and said everything looked good. Got a call the next day from a nurse saying since there was no heartbeat we would need another ultrasound to see if I was viable which was very upsetting. Next ultrasound everything looked good and heartbeat was measurable but because of poor communication caused me a week of unnecessary stress thinking I had miscarried ... read more

I see that others have had some problems with this practice but the couple times I have been have been great. Got my 20 week anatomy scan done here and a couple ultrasounds/NST tests. Receptionists were friendly, nurses were lovely, and doctor was incredibly kind. I can't speak for others but I will continue going out of my way (I live in the city) to come to this practice.

after being gaslit for 3 weeks and told my severe pain was just normal cramping, had emergency surgery because i actually had OVARIAN TORSION, and my ovary tissue had been dead for 2-3 weeks. I was told i was over emotional for that type of situation. i was mocked verbally for months. then afterwards, Dr Raynor completely ghosted me and all my calls and emails have gone unanswered for 6 months now. i’ve been cut cold turkey off all my medications because of this.
