Have been going here for years but recently switched after receiving horrible care during my pregnancy. Went in for my first ultrasound where the tech showed us the heartbeat and said everything looked good. Got a call the next day from a nurse saying since there was no heartbeat we would need another ultrasound to see if I was viable which was very upsetting. I see that others have had some problems with this practice but the couple times I have been have been great. Got my 20 week anatomy scan done here and a couple ultrasounds/NST tests. Receptionists were friendly, nurses were lovely, and doctor was incredibly kind. I can't speak for others but I will continue going out of my way (I live in the city) to come to this practice.
after being gaslit for 3 weeks and told my severe pain was just normal cramping, had emergency surgery because i actually had OVARIAN TORSION, and my ovary tissue had been dead for 2-3 weeks. I was told i was over emotional for that type of situation. i was mocked verbally for months. then afterwards, Dr Raynor completely ghosted me and all my calls and emails have gone unanswered for 6 months now. i’ve been cut cold turkey off all my medications because of this. Dr.Danakas and his staff are the best! I would highly recommend this practice!
This practice as a whole is going down the drain. There are a few of the originals left whom actually care and treat patients like human beings. The communication is terrible, you get talked to and looked at like you are a monkey. Needless to say I will be going elsewhere with an open heart.
