The people that answer the phone for the after-hours line are rude and devoid of compassion. The first person I spoke to when hanging up said, "Ok, I'll let them know you called, BYE," then hung up on me. The nurse that called me back wanted me off the phone as soon as possible and didn't speak to me with care, but more like impatience and condescension. I'd steer clear of this practice!
Dr. Robinson and Dr. Flikkema are both fabulous. They really take their time and attend to you like they are genuinely interested in your health and well-being. They are also honest, which made a big difference for me in planning for my delivery so that I was prepared and educated about my options. Nurse Cara at the Delaware location is also refreshingly personable and informative!
