Recently, I have visited Dr. Chouchani more than once, and I can honestly say he has been kind, professional, and genuinely concerned about my care. He discussed possible solutions and ordered the tests I needed. I even saw him smile, which was awesome! If there comes a time when I need a longer conversation with him, I can always schedule an appointment specifically for that. Friendly nurses and staff and doctor chichoni is very knowledgeable and listens really goes out of his way to find an answer
The people that answer the phone for the after-hours line are rude and devoid of compassion. The first person I spoke to when hanging up said, "Ok, I'll let them know you called, BYE," then hung up on me. The nurse that called me back wanted me off the phone as soon as possible and didn't speak to me with care, but more like impatience and condescension. I'd steer clear of this practice!
