The women at the front desk are INCOMPETENT & Judgmental & Catty! Extremely unprofessional. Can’t wait to find a new Doctor simply because of them! The nurses & Dr’s are very nice. But that is being ruined by the very first impression of the secretaries. They are all well into their 50’s. No reason for the lack of maturity. Have been going here too long now to still be dealing with this. Not happy!
We been patiens here since the 90s. Dr. PERNA and Melissa are outstanding in every way. DR. BHULAR is amazing with my husband and I, we love him too, and all the office staff. Always been extremely efficient and very prompt. Surpringly, lately, can't always get a hold of them and cannot get important paperwork processed through them. What happened?? I need a new wheelchair!!
Great doctors and very friendly when you go see them, however they don't answer their phone or return messages. So good luck getting an appointment or a call back. I have been trying for days and no return phone call.
IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I DEFINENTLY WOULD. I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS IS HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE. I am writing this with a heavy heart because this was not just another follow-up appointment. I walked into that office already struggling physically and emotionally, hoping for support. I left feeling humiliated, dismissed, and deeply saddened. I see Dr Bhullar— he’s amazing and listens!! Only not a 5 star review because when trying to call the nurse and leave a message they don’t return calls!!! It’s very frustrating and is poor business practice— everyone else is fabulous and helpful!!
