Only one nice receptionist there. All of the other ones are nasty and will hang up as soon as the phone rings, or will put me on hold until I hang up when I call the office. Dr sarna completely disregards the amount of times I’ve been getting bacterial and viral infections and just chalks it up to me being stressed as a single mother. Totally condescending. Doctor O hualrey more worried about his ego then patiences concerns
I don't even know where to begin. This office is horrible with keeping appointments, and communication. I was seeing Dr. Sauna, when she was available or not rescheduling your appointment over and over. When you do get in to see her be prepared to get a lecture on medical care. I consider myself a pretty healthy middle age woman , and this doctor doesn't listen to1 word you have to say. If you choose this office , just don't choose this doctor.
Excellent from office staff to Doctor (Nisha). Dr. Nisha is thorough, knowledgeable in both care and prescribing medicine well as being pleasant and compassionate. So refreshing.
I like my Dr, and the office manager. The nurse Kim is incredibly unprofessional.
