I don't even know where to begin. This office is horrible with keeping appointments, and communication. I was seeing Dr. Sauna, when she was available or not rescheduling your appointment over and over. When you do get in to see her be prepared to get a lecture on medical care. I consider myself a pretty healthy middle age woman , and this doctor doesn't listen to1 word you have to say. If you choose this office , just don't choose this doctor.
Excellent from office staff to Doctor (Nisha). Dr. Nisha is thorough, knowledgeable in both care and prescribing medicine well as being pleasant and compassionate. So refreshing.
I like my Dr, and the office manager. The nurse Kim is incredibly unprofessional.
This office moved on 9/21 and the new address still isn't updated on Google yet on 10/4. It's now 210 E Main St. I knew they were moving but I forgot when. I had a 7:30AM appt and I rely on Google to take me to their address. I got there and saw the signs in the window that they moved, so I redirected to that address and it kept telling me to turn right at Bertrand Chaffee, which didn't seem correct...
