I was a patient here for five years. The medical staff was friendly and competent, but the rest of the staff was consistently rude whether in person or on the phone. At my last visit they mixed up my records completely with those of another patient. So much so that I had to go through everything and tell them whether it was my information or not. My wife has gone here on occasion, as we don't live that close, but it's been reliable for us, as a family unit.
Diane (not sure of position) is extremely disrespectful and condescending when speaking. Terrible customer service. Chloe the supervisor did call back to reschedule for sooner appointment after being declined appointment time . Arriving 8 min late. Excuse was because physians want to leave on time. Supervisor excuse was new patients should come ten minutes early. But in the same breathe said pts have 10 min grace period. After explaining it was 8 min. Than she tried to say it was 23 min late. I was a patient for years mostly seeing pa’s. I was treated for a pregnancy/miscarriage June 2024. They performed several transvaginal sonograms then and did virtually nothing to help me with the pregnancy. That’s fine, I’m 45 and didn’t expect the pregnancy to go full term. My issue is I got pregnant again in February 2025 and decided to switch drs. By the time I saw that dr, I had already miscarried. But he said my pelvis felt 14 weeks.
