My husband and I came to buffalo in 2020 from NJ and we became patients of Dr Micelle Potempa and alter Dr Vincent Lee. Both are excellent. However, since Dr Potempa retired and G.P. now run the place at6009 Transit Road, we are very disappointed by the office staff, with four exceptions: Julie and Lori who we have known since 2020. Nurse Bobby Jo and Heather Baily, our P.A. we met a little later. All of them are wonderful. The newer people are disappointing.
