Nurses are rude. They sound mad when they called you. It looks like they hate their job Come on you need to relax or go back and take a training about patients services
Their PA, Evelyn Thompson, was incredibly rude to me. She walked in the room without knocking, while talking without me without introducing herself or looking at me. While discussing the allergic reaction I had over the weekend to an antibiotic she said “we only have 15 minutes for this appt”. Never did we discuss the reaction that sent me to the ER or the candida I currently had but instead told me I had an STD and ask “Do you even want me to look at you”. I switched Drs immediately.
I can never get into my patient portal. There is always a problem. Then it freezes you out when I know my password is right? Then you have to call the office to talk to someone but it's the wrong phone number for the location listed and they have to transfer you.? All because nobody wants to talk to you anymore.
I have had multiple visits with Nurse Practitioner Christine Schonour and they have been awful from top to bottom. It’s so hard to get a single word in, she is so very rude and insulting. But worst of all, is the failure to pay attention to the patient’s questions. It’s unfortunate to have her unprofessional and aggressive incompetence stain such an otherwise great place and wonderful Doctor in Richard Charles and the other practitioners.
