Two of our three kids have been seen by this office over the past 5 years & we CANNOT say enough great things about them! We are always listened to, never rushed, always heard, & always treated with professionalism & respect. Both of our kids required surgery & the surgeries themselves were textbook & the aftercare is equally phenomenal. Waited well past time, made me do another X-ray even tho it was determined weeks back it was a sprain. Not pleased at all!
If I could do it over I would not! From the sarcasm in the pre op room to the follow up and communication employees and DR's are rude. I know you dont care what happens to my kid but I do. I know its a job and a way to make ends meet, but my kid means so much more that your paycheck. the world cant come for answer when all the answers are sarcasm and rude!!!!!! what ices the cake is I live in NYS so Im used to fast paced and attitudes leave the medical field if you dont care! Anyone can make cuts and give medications but it ... read more
