I LOVE KIMBERLY SLONAKER she makes me feel heard. Any questions i have she answers, she doesnt make me feel rushed and helps me with resources whenever i need them. I refuse to see anyone else other than Slonaker and dr lydia laney theyve seen my twins since birth sinc see they were preemies. My twins go here and I refuse to see Terance. This facility administered the wrong vaccine to my 4 year old and then lied to us and tried to cover it up. The MA worked completely independently and never even checked the order ! She was also very rude and rough with my child for the vaccine administration. They also shred those documents and don't verify the orders. The health department who oversees them told me they administered more vaccines in a week than other facilities do in a month! Therefore they routine make a LOT of vaccine errors. I have been taking my daughter here for her entire life. She’s 13 now. I can not begin to explain how helpful everyone is. We never have to wait, they listen/answer questions and most of all they are kind. They can usually squeeze her in for urgent problems. I absolutely love going here.
