I purchased a T-shirt today that had been incorrectly priced in store. Shortly after leaving, I checked the website and noticed that the same item was listed at a lower price, with no indication that it was an online-only offer. I returned to the store and asked the sales assistant if they could price match the website price and refund the difference. Hands down the best store in town. Mily is the best, she helped us and made sure we were satisfied and happy with our purchases. Great personality, really brightens up the environment. Get this girl a raise!
Honestly won’t me buying sale stuff from general pants anymore everything is final sale. Maybe instead of making the reason your can’t get rid of you old terrible quality fast fashion clothes come up with some sort of donation to people that need clothes
The French girl by the dressing rooms was incredibly friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to bring items that weren’t on the shelves multiple times, while also recommending different clothes that would match. She’d compliment the stuff that looked good and be honest about it when something didn’t work. Best customer service experience I’ve had.
