I honestly cannot speak highly enough of Natashia at General Pants Penrith. She was absolutely incredible from start to finish. She took the time to actually listen to what I was looking for, understand the fit issues I’ve had with jeans, and then helped me find pairs that genuinely fit me perfectly. I could have cried! I haven’t had jeans fit me properly in literally YEARS, and I’d honestly started to think I just wasn’t someone who could find jeans that worked for my body. Natashia was so patient, knowledgeable and genuine... read more

Had an absolute lovely experience at this shop, all thanks to Simon, he was a bubbly energy as soon as I walked through the door, asking myself and my girlfriend how I’ve been and then let us know about a cracker deal he had going on in the sales. He was absolutely great banter with trying to pick clothes and also great when we were checking out. Made my night and hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you 10/10!
I had an amazing experience. I have recently lost a lot of weight so was unsure what clothes suit me best. The lovely lady working when I went (5/6 11:30am) was amazing and so helpful! I will I caught her name. Best experience I’ve had shopping in a while. Thank you! ☺️
