Had an awesome experience at General Pant Co. in Burwood! Javi provided exceptional customer service and went above and beyond to help me find the PERFECT hoodie. She was super friendly and made the shopping experience much better
I’ve shopped here a couple times, the most recent time being yesterday - staff always welcoming and accomodating. The man working yesterday helped me find a dress I loved in my size at other store locations.

Why do you have a big phone number if you don’t pick up? I called several times and no answer, so I drove in to check for a product myself and surprise to know one the store was quiet and empty. What is your staff doing?
I usually have a good experience here but it was really disappointing today. although i could describe how they looked and it would be obvious, i also don’t want anyone to get in trouble but i hope you know who you are. the two girls working were too busy talking to each other to notice everyone else in the store.
