The day of my move I was very anxious. It was a very emotional day. Ronnie and his team of Luis Malcolm and Jose alleviated my fears. They cared for my furniture and my things as if they were their own. Words couldn’t express my appreciation. I will recommend General Moving Carriers and this particular team. They were all excellent, Donny was very respectful. Was very strong and very smart with moving. Was excellent to watch, removing the furniture and putting them all together. All were excellent and respectful. I will ask for them again.

Danny came out for the 1st move date and was helpful and reassuring at that time and we wanted him to come back for the new move date and he did! Danny made sure everything was boxed and packed up and that allowed for a smooth and safe move. Today we moved after 16 years at our old home . Alejendro and crew were outstanding! Professional, courteous, motivated, gentle, organized, equipped, considerate and quick- what a team. They got it done, best in class and exceeded our expectations. They were quick to go above and beyond the call of duty. And we laughed and smiled along the way. We have moved many times and this has been the best overall experience we have had. The initial home consultation was very detailed and all costs were clearly spelled out up front with a “not to exceed” estimate. On moving day, the crew was very responsive and courteous to all needs and worked around all obstacles. All in all, an excellent experience that made a normally stressful situation much more manageable.
