Very rude staff have no decency and respect for drivers they make both drivers sit out of truck regardless of thinking about their safety on road they make drives sit down for several hours before sending them back on road sometimes they empty trailers closed the doors and still drivers has to wait for hours to get their paper work.

Our 2024 Yukon has repeated engine misfires, it is under warranty with 21k miles on it, it has been in the dealership for repair 7 times in the last 2 months and still not fixed. GM refuses to take any accountability or even answer any questions They sell Lemons and don’t stand behind their vehicles!
