Just purchased the new 2024 Traverse and had it for about 3 weeks. I was driving to the airport and the car in front of me ran over a large plastic panel and it lifted and hit the front of the car. The dealer has had it since September 18 (2 MONTHS) and can't give me an answer on when the part will be avaliable. They are producing new Traverses so why can't they get the parts. Welcome to Loserville. What is this place, what they do here? Surely not design, build or test quality vehicles, you jest right? My dad got it, left after 10 years. Me, not so smart, stayed for 30, thought I was cool. It but me in t ars, burned out, retired early. Disgusted. Now look at them, just can't lose market share and customers fast enough. Go ahead, sell t Ren Center, then sell this tech center, keep losing like you have been.
