My husband and I have been looking for new front doors but wanted high quality and not cookie-cutter doors. We had such a great experience working with Tom and Wendy at General Millworks. They even provided us with help finding a contractor to get the job done. Amazing customer service and really kind people! Highly recommend.

I always come here when I am designing a project. You can see and touch all the options in the showroom. I have had it with Lowes and Home Depot screwing up my orders. Have had more than a lifetime of apologies from them. Also, looking at colors and finished in a catalog or on a monitor just is not an accurate way to go. Right now, I am working on a project 120 miles away. I recently had a great experience with Juan in the parts department at General Millwork Supply in San Marcos. I live 90 miles from the closest Andersen Window dealer / service provider. Home Depot and Lowes don't count as they don't provide service. Juan was extremely helpful with a door problem I've lived with for 18 years. He talked me through the diagnostics and solutions by phone and e-mail and I was able to resolve the issues personally without a long distance service call.
