On 2/12/26 the woman dealing with the truck driver had the worst attitude I’ve ever seen so angry so disrespectful gets attitude for simply asking questions regarding the load. If you’re a company and you have someone like this representing your company what image do you project to customers if you don’t like your job just leave it for people who actually want it. Respect drivers without us you’d close doors

In an old out within an hour
They want their loads picked up and delivered on time but will not release carrier owned pre-loaded trailers unless an empty is brought in. Carrier tried explaining to them that there were no empty trailers available in the area. Had to drive 160 miles to get an empty trailer just to pick up the load. They insist that you bring them a clean empty trailer, they’ll make you clean it out before accepting the empty, but they don’t clean the trailer when they get it unloaded.
