Cool old school store filled with lots of cool instruments and a verity other fun merchandise! Best part, however!, the fun jam they had on the front porch! They welcome any and all musicians! Bringing my guitar next time!
I purchased "By the Muddy Angelina" and "Settlers of the Western Woods" a few weeks ago, and I feel very connected to my ancestors who settled in East Texas when I hear this amazing music. My grandfather on my Mother's side of the family played the fiddle and his family was very musical. I never met him, but feel like this music is close to what he knew and played. I have fallen in love with Nacogdoches and hope to make it to a Saturday jam session at the store someday soon. Wish it was closer (an hour and a half away).
