The doctor is really good but both lady at font deck they are really rule. They alway try to give clients hard time . I'm not the only one or the first get in trouble with them. They are so stupid, mean. Look like they didn't like our bussneiss
Front desk women are the most flippant I've ever dealt with. They always act like they don't know what's going on and will say anything to get you off of the phone.... Zero stars is more like it... STAY AWAY!
This business is open until 12 noon on saturday. Called at 10:00 am and was told by the girl who answered the phone that they were not taking any more people today. What the H-E double hockie sticks kind of URGENT CARE is this? And i can't post my rating without at least giving them one star. Out of 5 star rating, it gets a big fat ZERO from me. Just saying.
General Medical is great for any medical condition This is a great doctors office. I was treated very kindly. I did not have to wait. I was given a shot for my headache and I felt better before I left. I recommend this office to everyone.
"general" describes their knowledge of patient care I recently took my mother to this clinic and unfortunately was VERY dissatisfied with the service. The doctor was somewhat arrogant and the front desk staff didn't seem to understand how to file insurance. I asked to speak with a manager and whomever this lady was unfortunately, just made matters worse. Dr. Hooper This is like an Urgent Care office close to my house. It wasn't too long of a wait and the doctor also gave me some of the meds I would need to save me at the pharamacy. I would go back if I needed too :-)
