I had the pleasure of utilizing General Mechanix services back in January 2025 as I needed a new water heater. Steve was a pleasure to work with, honest, punctual, detailed and direct. I am so thankful and highly recommend!
I use General Mechanix for all of my plumbing/heating projects and maintenance. Steven is always quick to respond, shows up on time, and his work is excellent. He goes out of his way to make sure that you understand what is being done and how to keep everything running smoothly. And he ALWAYS has a smile!
I recently had the pleasure of working with General Mechanix, and I couldn’t be more impressed by their service! From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their team was incredibly professional, responsive, and friendly. Steve was our hero!! My furnace died and we had no heat or hot water for 2 weeks and my house was cold!! Steve was professional, efficient, courteous and affordable. He installed a new furnace, no hidden costs. He even hauled away a big heavy old motor that previous tenants left in basement freeing up storage space. It’s always a relief to find skilled tradesmen you can trust so I’ll use General Mechanix for all my future plumbing needs.
