I was very impressed and satisfied with Mike's experience when he worked on my boiler, which he replaced my automatic water feeder and rearranged the water pipes for future work that will be needed. Mike also help me locate a hairline crack on my radiator. He met expectations and he will definitely get rehired from me to work on my boiler. This is not a choice warranty job, which is completely different from his boiler work.

Mike has not completed the work. He has continued to stall and failed to update. Home warranty company has contacted him several times. I do not believe he is that busy and if he is he will not be for long if people read the honest reviews on this company.

Very bad experience with this guy and he kept stalling the fix for more than two weeks. He keep saying he is busy and doesn’t provide diagnosis to choice home warranty and cons me saying he is trying to get a good replacement part but doesn’t do it. Was stuck with him for more than two weeks during my home sale and missed many showings and also had to extend the closing because of this guy meanwhile paying hefty Monthly premiums

Mike of General Mechanical Services came to our home on a Choice Home Warranty service call for our AC unit not blowing cold air after a different service provider was unable to complete the work that needed to be done. He was able to get our AC up and running and cold again while taking strain off of the condenser unit. He fulfilled the obligation with Choice Home Warranty and we are very pleased with his service.
