Great staff
I’ve known Jeff, the owner, for many years, and he’s always been kind and helpful, which makes this experience even more disappointing. There’s a woman working there who is extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked her for help, and instead of giving me proper instructions, she sarcastically told me to “go to the UPS facility and knock on the door,” even though you need an employee code just to get past the gate.
