Recommended by my internist for a simple cyst to be removed. Was scheduled quickly. Was never told on 3 occasions that there was a mask policy..STRICT..and that's ok ut patients should be told and given an option to choose this facility. I see several providers..even oncologist and mask are optional. Due to the pandemic and anxiety some of us have difficulty wearing them. What is the point in doing all of the checks temperature etc if we still have to wear a mask anyways.
