What can I say! These guys are fantastic. I’ve had two of my cars picked up and transported from Canberra to their mechanics one was a straight swap for a second hand motor, really quick turn around less than a business week! We picked up the car and its still going perfectly! The second was a second hand engine, gear box and tail shaft and I bought a new clutch to suit! Again car back in flawless condition and I can’t recommend these guys highly enough!
Needed a replacement radio unit for my Lexus, and these guys were super responsive. They organised pick-up for the very next morning, at a good price too. They went the extra mile to carefully make sure the part would be compatible with my car, and when they found the one pulled was actually for a slightly different trim, they immediately put through a work order to get the correct one. Was very nervouse about purchasing a second hand engine from intersate. Always worried if it was going to wrong or something would go wrong with it. The guy on the phone assured me it would fit and it would work. I believed him and all went well. 6 months later the engine failed and gave a big knock from the bottom end. Here i was thinking i was in for a fight but to my suprise it was quite the opposite. Some of the best service i have ever received.
