I am new with UW, I heard great things from my friend. I had appointment with Dr Kaufman in February. I was very sick and can't even breathe and horrible cough. I was greatfull to meet Dr Kaufman and the nurses was very helpful and kind, you don't find that at others Clinic. I just wanted to say thank you to Dr Kaufman and the nurses for safe me. I would recommend Dr Kaufman he's a great Doctor he very patient too. Jasmine
While the care I received from my doc was great, I never understand the bills I receive. There is always some vague 'building fee" that I get charged for, that they are not up front about, never makes any sense and then you can't receive an answer from anyone in billing about what it is. They tell you to call your insurance. I got a bill for $100 for a flu shot I received while getting a checkup, that should have been 100% covered by insurance, and this happens ever time I go in. They charge me a copay and then a surprise so... read more
