My wife was in a car accident. The person who was at fault has The General for car insurance. They call us telling us that we have to do all this stuff to get the car repaired because they don't have an office in the area. Why is that my problem? On top of that the claims handler, Jeremy, is impossible to get a response from. They estimate everything at the bare minimal so we have to be in contact with them plus the care rental company. We are still waiting for our car seat refund. This company is a joke.
