Field crew (Jeorden & Blake) were great, took their time & did a thorough scoping inspection of our entire residential sewage line system. Allowed me to view the scope video process in real time & professionally explained what they were seeing & how it translated into potential concerns for us. Called to get a quote about my rental property, months ago, called back and was told they sent a quote, I explained I never received it and they couldn't produce it, or even knew the house I was referring. After I said I didn't receive a quote, Dusty told me not to get defensive because I said I didn't get it. He then proceeded to tell that they did a lot of work for free but couldn't produce any of the work that they had done. I would never recommend this company.

My company was awarded a project at Holloman AFB that involved plumbing work. The original contractor I had bid the job with fell through, so I did a Google search for local plumbing contractors and found General Hydronics in Alamogordo. The really cool thing is that they are in the same complex as Zuni Electric (electrical and data comm) and Southwest Air Systems (HVAC).
