I have used several lower end hearing aids over the last 5 years. They all seem to have a feedback problem but this one has less (sometimes none) if you can get it to sit just right within your ear canal. The sounds with this one also seems to be more natural when I compare it to the other ones, plus it feels so much softer while inserted within my ear.
