The plumber is great. Always shows up when he says he will and gets everything done in a timely fashion and on budget.
Believe it or not, I texted the plumber last night at 10 pm to say our house was freezing, and to ask if he knew a guy who could fix our heater -- and he texted back immediately and said he'd be at my house in an hour! Incredible!! I thought all he did was plumbing. Anyway, within a few minutes, he had figured out some pilot light gizmo in the heater had worn out.
