Absolutely a nightmare. It took 6 months for the modernization. The elevator is working with defaults. We call send them text messages and non-responsive. Would rate them a minus zero. Totally horrible experience.
Would give them a ZERO if possible. Completely unresponsive and unprofessional. Took 8 months to obtain permit for an elevator modernization project, then messed up by using unlicensed technicians without supervision, and failed to coordinate with other trades (like the elevator phone service company). It's now 15 months into the project and still no restored elevator (or signs of one anytime soon). I always do my due diligence before I decide to do business with any company. Specially a service company. I was so blessed to find these guys. In my research I discovered that it is almost impossible to find an elevator foreman that truly understands relay logic. Not even Otis could guarantee me that their forman would understand my elevator.
