I called about a problem with my TV/DVD player. No volume on the TV, but had volume when using the DVD player. He walked me through some trouble shooting techniques over the phone and then told me it could be my Direct TV Receiver Box. I said the light is on and it lets me change the channels. He said there could still be a problem. I plugged my TV into another receiver and found out the receiver was the problem. I was very happy with his help and would pay to use his services in the future.
