Delivered the wrong stove, never contacted me to schedule a delivery and just showed up unannounced while I was out of town, didn’t wear the protective booties to keep our floors clean and tracked in dirt, salt, and snow into our house and didn’t clean up the mess and they left for my wife to deal with. They told my wife they didn’t have to booties for their shoes when she asked them to put them on prior to entering our house. Also, they installed the oven so that it wobbles when touched.
