I was sent a "brand new washer" in July from GE. The tech who completed the install did a "test rinse and spin cycle" prior to leaving. Everything seemed to be working fine. The next week I went to do laundry and the cycle wouldn't complete meaning the clothes were left soaking wet. The rinse and spin cycle worked well. This is the worst group I ever found in my life. I have no clue how this place run and what kind employee GE hired for this facility. They ship the loaner ultrasound machine to our hospital and we have never requested for that. We called them several time and it is very hard to get any answer from them and then finally they send the FedEx shipping level and FedEx refuse to pick up because wrong type ( Need Crate Pickup) shipping label.
